Q: How do I clean my wood products?

A: When cleaning your wood products, such as a cutting board, shot flight, or bottle balancer, try to avoid the dishwasher, always hand-wash and leave to dry... the sooner the better! Wood tends to absorb any liquids such as water, grease, or oil. With that being said, after cleaning apply cutting board wax or mineral oil. It will bring back the wood's natural color and make it look as vibrant as it should!

Q: My wood product has some imperfections, is that normal?

A: Yes! Our wood products are all individually crafted, handmade, and picked by our woodworking team. Wood grains and colors will most likely be different, but rest assured, you'll receive an awesome product that has been loved and cared for.

Q: Does Koala Outdoors ship to Mexico?

A: Yes. We are currently based out of Dallas, Texas but provide shipping options to Mexico or any other country! Shipping rates will apply.

Q: How are products personalized?

A: At Koala Outdoors, we personalize items with a professional Laser-engraver. Our team has many years of engraving and etching experience, which can be seen in the products we deliver. With that being said, if you'd like for our team to personalize an item we don't sell, please contact us at koalaoutdoors.orders@gmail.com and we'll be happy to send you a quote for your inquiry.
